Reshma Bissessar – Director and Organisational Consultant

Reshma is a Director and Organisational Consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited. Reshma’s consulting focus is on the management of strategic change, with particular emphasis on supporting senior executives and first line managers to lead and facilitate change. She is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of the West Indies. Reshma’s background in is Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning, Organisational Development, Human Resource Management and Change Management. Her network of clients includes local, regional and multinational organizations, in both the private and public sectors. She is a highly skilled trainer and facilitator, a certified Assessor and a certified Change Management Professional. She is also certified as a Trainer in Corporate Governance Board Leadership by the World Bank/International Finance Corporation 

Helen Carrington – Director, Organisational Consultant and Leadership Coach

Helen is a Director and Organisational Consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited. She is a Certified Leadership Coach with a background in is Organizational Development and has provided consulting, training and coaching services over the past 15 years. Helen has worked with range of clients, local, regional and international and both public and private sector organizations. Helen earned a Masters of Science in Management at the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University as a Fulbright Scholar, following her B.Sc. at the University of the West Indies. Helen is an experiential Training Consultant (Stucki Leadership & Team Development AG in Switzerland and Brathay Hall Trust, England). Helen is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation having received her Leadership Coaching certification from the Institute for Transformational Leadership, Georgetown University and is certified to use the tools of The Leadership Circle.

Seeraj Gajadhar – Organisational Consultant

Seeraj is an Organisational Consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited. He has worked with clients in the private and public sector, locally and internationally, in the areas of consulting, marketing and stakeholder relationship management for over 11 years. His key areas of focus include Corporate Governance, Strategy Design and Team Building. 

He was awarded an M.Sc. and Post Graduate Diploma in Mediation Studies focusing on Corporate Conflict Resolution Systems and Processes, from the University of the West Indies. He also holds a B. Sc. in Management Studies with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the same institution. Seeraj has trained in Experiential Learning Facilitation with Stucki Leadership & Team Development SA, Switzerland and has received training in project management and corporate communications at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, UWI.

Axel Kravatzky, PhD – Chairman and Principal Consultant

Axel is the Chairman and Principal Consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited. He has over 15 years of practical experience in areas of Corporate Governance, Strategy Development, Leadership Coaching, and Change Implementation. He has worked with clients in the private and public sector, locally and internationally.

Axel is an alumnus of the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a PhD, Development Studies & Operations Research, MSc, Economics & Development Studies, BSc, Economics and Philosophy. He has received extensive training in various areas of Corporate Governance, Business Ethics and Risk Management, is a member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), has published in the field of corporate governance, and is licenced by the Global Corporate Governance Forum (GCGF) to train Directors in Board Leadership. Axel was the founding Chairman of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute and currently serves as a Director for United World Colleges.
